Abstract:
To provide a customer analysis system capable of improving sales by doing selection of products according to taste of regular customers by accumulating and analyzing sales history on visitors.SOLUTION: A customer analysis system 1 is provided with imaging means 3 installed in a shop, face recognition means 4 for analyzing a face image of a visitor included in photographed image data and acquiring face identification information unique to the visitor, product management means 6 for acquiring and managing sales history information including a product, price and time of purchase via a cache register, a customer database configured to extract the sales history information associated with the face identification information, and display means for acquiring the face identification information of the visitor from the photographed image and displaying a list of selectable images of the visitors. When selecting an arbitrary visitor from the displayed visitors in the list, the sales history information recorded in the customer database is retrieved, and the sales history information of the customer is displayed if it is recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
