Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of obtaining a thermoplastic resin molded article having good appearance and good quality from a crushed product of thermoplastic resin molded article waste of which the quality has decreased remarkably in recent years.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin molded article is manufactured by a method including the steps of: separating and removing block-shaped materials from a crushed product of thermoplastic resin molded article waste; separating and removing a powdery thermoplastic resin from the crushed product; treating the crushed product by a method including a step of separating and removing solid components other than thermoplastic resin using a difference in specific gravity to obtain a regenerated thermoplastic resin molded article manufacturing material; and injection-molding the regenerated thermoplastic resin molded article manufacturing material to obtain a molded article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
