PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that can easily adsorb therein an ozone product produced through reaction with ozone generated by discharge from a discharge part.SOLUTION: A fixing device 60 comprises: a heating body 61 that is in contact with a medium S on which a toner image is formed and heats the medium S; a heat source 63 that applies the heating body 61 with heat for the heating body 61 to heat the medium S; a pressing body 62 that forms a nip N with the heating body 61 and presses the medium S with the heating body 61; a discharge part 70 that is arranged opposite to the outer periphery of the heating body 61 and discharges ozone to eliminate electricity on the heating body 61; and an adsorption part 80 that is arranged at a position at a clearance of 10 mm or less from a portion 70A of the discharge part 70 opposite to the heating body 61 and adsorbs an ozone product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
