Abstract:

A retrieval system provided with a first storage unit (10), a first calculation unit (11), a second storage unit (12) and a second calculation unit (13). The first calculation unit (11) calculates, for each corresponding signal, the similarity of a signal included in a first signal group with a signal included in a second signal group. The per-signal importance with regard to a plurality of signals included in the first signal group is stored in the second storage unit (12). The second calculation unit (13) calculates the similarity of the first signal group with the second signal group on the basis of the calculated per-signal similarity and the stored per-signal importance.
