Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preparing an operation arrangement proposal for a speed regulation period.SOLUTION: This operation arrangement proposal preparation device generates a plurality of operation stop combinations of trains stopped in operation in a partial train operation stop section including a speed regulation section among operation stop candidate trains that travel in a given speed regulation section during a given speed regulation tine zone. For each of these operation stop combinations an operation change proposal for stopping the operation stopped trains in sections, and shuttling the trains back and forth between both end stations in the partial operation stop section, and delay-operating trains other than the operation stopped trains in the speed regulation section is prepared. The operation change proposal corresponding to each of the operation stop combinations is evaluated by using an evaluation criterion concerning delays, and an operation arrangement proposal is prepared on the basis of a plurality of operation change proposals selected on the basis of the evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
