Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body such as a power-assisted bicycle which does not cause a passenger to feel uncomfortable even in a high-speed region.SOLUTION: A movable body (bicycle) comprises: a wheel; a sensor for detecting a rotational speed of the wheel; a motor which comprises a rotor having a rotation axis, and gives drive power to the wheel in such a manner that the rotor is rotated by applied electric power, or generates regenerative electric power in such a manner that the rotor is rotated by the wheel; a rectification circuit which rectifies applied electric power by half-wave rectification or full-wave rectification and gives electric power to the motor, or rectifies the regenerative electric power generated by the motor; a control part which changes action of half-wave rectification or full-wave rectification of the rectification circuit on the basis of the detection result of the sensor; and a battery which gives electric power to the rectification circuit or is charged by the regenerative electric power rectified by the rectification circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
