Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to system stabilization by a simple method.SOLUTION: A power control device, in which a communication unit for communicating with an energy storage device and a control unit for controlling power of a reverse power flow from a user facility to a system are provided, determines whether or not the energy storage device is operating in a storage operation mode for storing generated power from a distributed power supply as energy (S101 to S103); and, when a determination result showing that the energy storage device is capable of operating in the storage operation mode is obtained, executes normal control as power control and does not execute reverse power flow suppression control for reducing power of the reverse power flow from the user facility to the system (S105).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
