Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater configured to lower a temperature of hot water in a bathtub.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a control system. The control system is configured to: determine whether the difference between a temperature of hot water in a bathtub and a temperature of hot water in a storage tank is equal to or less than a specified value in a step 120; and when it is determined that the temperature difference is equal to or less than the specified value, execute temperature reduction of hot water with water-adding operation in a step 130. Also, the control system is configured to: determine whether a specified time elapses from start of bathtub heat recovery operation in a step 128; and when it is determined that the specified time elapses, switch to the water-adding operation in the step 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
