Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor adjustment system that can prevent reduction of the voltage of a driving power source to be supplied to a motor control device due to aged deterioration of a relay harness for connecting a motor adjustment device and the motor control device and a connector for connecting the relay harness, and detect abnormality of the contact resistance between the harness and the connector.SOLUTION: A motor adjustment system in which a motor adjustment device and a motor control device are connected to each other is provided with a voltage dividing resistor so that the low level of a pulse waveform does not become a GND level with respect to a command signal line SI and an actual rotation number signal line FP which are bundled together with a motor driving power supply line IG and a ground line GND, and measures the low level, and calculates and estimates an increase in the contact resistance due to aged deterioration of the motor driving power supply line IG from a daily variation. The output voltage from a DC power source generator of the motor adjustment device is increased by the amount corresponding to the increase of the contact resistance, the voltage supplied to the motor control device is corrected, and the lifetime of the harness is diagnosed based on the estimation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
