Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen water production apparatus capable of exactly and stably controlling concentration of dissolved hydrogen in water.SOLUTION: The hydrogen water production apparatus produces hydrogen using a two-chamber type electrolytic cell which has a cathode chamber having a cathode pole (negative pole) and an anode chamber having an anode pole (positive pole), the cathode chamber and the anode chamber being partitioned with a diaphragm, and the hydrogen water production apparatus dissolves the produced hydrogen into raw material water to produce hydrogen water. Electrolyte containing an organic acid or a metal ion of divalent or a higher valence that does not permeate an univalent cation exchange membrane is used in the anode chamber to stabilize current density and a hydrogen production rate in electrolysis is stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
