Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method capable of reducing the impact of a shield current magnetic field in a short time, in a superconducting magnet device including a superconducting coil having a wound oxide superconducting wire.SOLUTION: An operation method of a superconducting magnet device includes a step of exciting a superconducting coil, by electrifying the superconducting coil cooled to superconducting state, and a step of holding the operation current of the superconducting magnet device in the superconducting coil, after the step of exciting a superconducting coil. The step of exciting a superconducting coil includes a step of increasing the flowing current to the operation current value, and heating the superconducting coil to a first target temperature lower than the permissible temperature of the superconducting coil. The step of holding the operation current includes a step of cooling the superconducting coil to a second target temperature lower than the first target temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
