Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food mixer having a liquid seasoning measuring extraction part, measuring a liquid seasoning in the optimum amount in accordance with food and thereafter capable of being charged to the food.SOLUTION: Provided is a mixer comprising: a mixing container 2 of the upper face opening fitted with an opening/closing cover 9 supported at the machine frame freely rotatably with a horizontal axis 8; a liquid seasoning measuring extraction part 7 provided at the machine frame on the upper side of the mixing container 2 and having an extraction tube 10 for a liquid seasoning; and a tray receiving member 11, in the closed state of the upper face opening of the opening/closing cover 9, receiving the measured liquid seasoning flowing down from the extraction tube 10. A plurality of flow down holes 12 for flowing down the liquid seasoning fed to the tray receiving member into the mixing container 2 are formed at the bottom plate of the tray receiving member 11 and the upper plate of the opening/closing cover 9, and the liquid seasoning in an amount suitable to food is charged, and mixing and stirring can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
