Abstract:
複数の磁気シールド(１４０)の各々は、互いに隙間(１４１)を空けて軸方向(Ｘ)に並ぶように配置されている。複数の磁気シールド(１４０)の各々は、軸方向(Ｘ)およびシールド支持面(１３１)の法線方向(Ｙ)の各々に対して垂直な方向に積層された複数の電磁鋼板(１４２)で構成されている。複数の磁気シールド(１４０)の各々と支持部(１３０)との最短離間距離(Ｌ１)は、複数の磁気シールド(１４０)において互いに隣り合っている磁気シールド(１４０)同士の隙間(１４１)の長さ(Ｌ２)の２倍以上である。
