Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo press device capable of reducing the probability of generating stick.SOLUTION: A servo press device is equipped with a servo motor which outputs rotary movement; a slide which can backward/forward move in a predetermined direction on the basis of the rotary movement of the servo motor, and holds a mold; a detector which detects a physical amount relating to a load acted on the mold; and a control unit which controls the servo motor by using a value of the physical amount detected by the detector. The control unit estimates the value of the physical amount after a predetermined time has passed on the basis of the value of the physical amount detected by the detector (S2), and stops or reversely rotates the servo motor (S4), when the value of the estimated physical amount exceeds a predetermined threshold value (YES of S3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
