Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap configured so that an outer peripheral tube part is broken just by rotating an upper lid while pulling the lid frontward so as to allow the hinge cap capped on a mouth part of a container to be easily removed.SOLUTION: In a hinge cap constituted of a cap main body to be capped on a mouth part of a container main body and an upper cover which is continuously provided in the cap main body through a hinge, the cap main body comprises a fitting tube part having an annular fitting part to be fitted to a mouth part of the container main body formed therein and an outer peripheral tube part which is continuously provided in the outer periphery of the fitting tube part at constant intervals. In the fitting tube part, at the outer periphery of the lower end part is continuously provided the outer peripheral tube part through a connection part which is provided within a predetermined range at the opposite side of the hinge and a breakable weakened wall which is at least arranged in a predetermined range near the hinge. The outer peripheral tube part is provided with a breakable weakened wall in the vicinity of the hinge, which can be broken in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
