Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device capable of extracting and updating a reference destination description of an arbitrary document attribute for a reference destination description stated in a character string or tabular format in a document.SOLUTION: A document management device includes: a document attribute extraction part which extracts an attribute of a document in advance; a document control part which transmits a reference source document, a reference destination document format list as a list of formats of document attribute information constituting a reference destination description stated in a character string and tabular format in the document, and solid information on a document to be possibly a reference destination document that the reference source document refers to to a reference management part, and instructs update; and a reference management part which searches the reference source document for a reference destination description defined based upon an attribute of the document of the solid information that the document attribute extraction part extracts and the reference destination format list, and updates the reference destination description of the searched reference source document with a predetermined attribute of the reference destination document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
