Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer capable of predicting a feasibility of future physical condition variation related to fatigue that is hard to acquire from single measurement of a blood pressure value and a fatigue degree.SOLUTION: The electronic sphygmomanometer: detects a biological signal of a measuring object person related to the circulatory organ; calculates a fluctuation degree of heartbeat intervals of the measuring object person from the detected biological signal; acquires a degree of cerebral fatigue of the measuring object person on the basis of the calculated fluctuation degree; calculates a difference between heart rates of the measuring object person in a recumbent position and a measuring position from the detected biological signal; acquires a degree of physical fatigue of the measuring object person on the basis of the calculated difference in the heart rates; pressurizes a cuff to detect a pressure inside the cuff and measures a blood pressure value of the measuring object person on the basis of a detection signal of the pressure in the cuff; determines a feasibility of the physical condition variation of the measuring object person on the basis of the measured blood pressure value, the degree of cerebral fatigue, and the degree of physical fatigue of the measuring object person; and outputs information for prompting awareness of the measuring object person related to the determined physical condition variation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
