Title:
脱ミエリン化剤及び電極
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6607593
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide demyelinated agents that can topically demyelinate an axon in a limited region in the neighborhood of an electrode, the agents having no significant general toxicity; to provide the electrode, and to provide a connection structure of neurons and a machine.SOLUTION: The invention provides a demyelinated agent containing metal tellurium as an active ingredient, and used by being coated on the electrode to take out electric signals from an axon by bringing into contact with the axon of neurons to topically demyelinate the axon near the electrode; an electrode to take out electric signals from the axon by bringing into contact with the axon of neurons, the metal tellurium is deposited on the surface of the electrode; and a connection structure in which the neurons and a machine are connected through the above electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: None
