Abstract:
The invention provides an inclination device and a horizontal shutter. No matter where a lower beam is positioned, blades on the lower beam can be descended under action of sefl-gravity in a state that the blades are all closed. The inclination device has a support member and an inclination roller which is supported on a support member in a rotary manner; the inclination roller is provided with an outer circumference groove; the outer circumference groove is extended by surrounding the circumference surface of the inclination roller; and the inclination device is provided with a releasing inhibition part for inhibiting a blade support rope from breaking away from the outer circumference groove.
