PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable terminal capable of reducing the burden on a user, while preventing incorrect operation, and to provide a control method and program.SOLUTION: A wearable terminal 10 includes a first detector 11, a second detector 12, a recording section 15 and a control section 16. The wearable terminal 10 is attached directly or indirectly to the head of a user. The first detector 11 and second detector 12 detect the information about the movement of the head of a user. The recording section 15 records the data (e.g., the data indicating the information about the work of the user). The recording section 15 has a recording mode for recording the data, and a stop mode not recording the data. The control section 16 switches the recording mode and stop mode of the recording section 15, based on the information about the movement of the head of a user detected by the first detector 11 and second detector 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
