Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique advantageous in suppressing the deterioration in image quality caused by the potential variation of a power source line and a ground line.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels is arranged to form a plurality of columns and a plurality of rows. The solid-state imaging device includes one or more ground lines and one or more power source lines to supply power to the plurality of pixels. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a photoelectric conversion element, and an A/D converter that converts an analog signal based on a charge generated in the photoelectric conversion element into a digital signal. At least one pixel of the plurality of pixels includes at least a part of a capacitor including a first electrode connected to one power source line of the one or more power source lines, and a second electrode connected to one ground line of the one or more ground lines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
