Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system for a cargo handling and transporting machine capable of improving accuracy and work efficiency through a precise data analysis and thereby reducing labor and a cost.SOLUTION: In a maintenance system for a cargo handling and transporting machine, identification plates 52 are placed on a cargo handling and transporting machine and a maintenance object 51. A sensor 53 detects a state amount of the maintenance object 51 and a main body controller 54 transmits the state amount to a data management server 50 through the Internet. Then, the data maintenance server 50 stores maintenance information on the maintenance object 51 and actual performance data on the cargo handling and transporting machine on the basis of the state amount of the maintenance objection 51 detected by the sensor 53. When maintaining the maintenance object 51, a worker puts a wearable display device 59 thereon to: identify the maintenance information on the maintenance object 51 of the cargo handling and transporting machine on the basis of an image of the identification plate 52 captured by a camera mounted on the wearable display device 59; read out the maintenance information from the data management server 50; and display the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
