Abstract:
In an information processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, a printer driver receives document data, determines whether a meta image is present in the document data, wherein the meta image in which metadata is saved in an area for storing information different from information about rendering an image, and acquires the metadata included in the meta image from the document data, in a case where it is determined that the meta image is present in the document data.
