Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a system with which it is possible to easily execute payments in a residence, and to execute various services and information collection through an information network in the residence. [Solution] This residence network system 100 for in-residence payment and information communication is provided with a home information management device 10 that is connected to a display device 30. A smartphone 40 can wirelessly connect to the home information management device 10. The home information management device 10 is installed within a residence 60, and the residence 60 is provided with a plurality of sensors 61. Data acquired by the plurality of sensors 61 is transmitted to the home information management device 10. The home information management device 10 is connected to a communication network 90, and a residence data management processing device 50 for executing data processing is connected to the communication network 90. An IC card reader device 16 having a payment function is installed in the home information management device 10. A speaker/microphone device 34 is connected to the home information management device 10.
