Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and safely detect DC-biased magnetization occurring in a core of a transformer.SOLUTION: A primary coil 12 is wound around a core 11 and inputs AC power. A secondary coil 13 is wound around the core 11 and steps up or steps down an AC voltage inputted by the primary coil 12 in accordance with a winding ratio of the primary coil 12 and the secondary coil 13. A vibration displacement derivation part 31 successively acquires electric signals representing vibrations of the core 11 from a vibration sensor 20 and derives a vibration displacement waveform of the core 11 caused by a magnetic distortion phenomenon. A magnetization derivation part 32 performs temporal integration of a primary voltage (a voltage between input terminals 18) of a transformer 10 and derives a magnetization waveform based on a value of the temporal integration. Based on the vibration displacement waveform derived by the vibration displacement derivation part 31 and the magnetization waveform derived by the magnetization derivation part 32, a magnetization amount/biased magnetization direction derivation part 33 derives the amount and the direction (polarity) of DC-biased magnetization occurring in the core 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
