Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of easily and effectively sucking dust.SOLUTION: An intake device 100 has an intake port 105 of which an intake mode including at least one of a shape, a dimension, a direction, an effective opening area, a position and an air volume, is variable to change an intake strength distribution according to change of the intake mode, and an intake control portion 180 changing the intake mode according to the change of a dust concentration distribution around the intake port 105. The intake control portion 180 changes a first intake mode to a second intake mode in which the air of a high dust concentration region is sucked with higher efficiency in comparison with the first intake mode, in the presence of the high dust concentration region having higher dust concentration in comparison with the circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
