Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a terminal block capable of, in integrally forming a bus bar and a body by insertion molding, achieving position accuracy at a bus bar tip portion after having been integrally formed to the same level as the position accuracy when the bus bar is inside a mold; and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A terminal block 10 includes a bus bar 30, and a resin-made body 20 integrated with the bus bar 30 and holding the intermediate part of the bus bar 30. The body 20 has a pair of holes 212 sandwiching the bus bar 30 therebetween and formed on both sides, at least a part of the internal peripheral surface of each hole 212 facing the bus bar 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
