PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a defect to be caused by lubrication oil at the time of restarting an internal combustion engine having stopped for a long term.SOLUTION: A control device 100 for an internal combustion engine 1, in which oil is circulated by an oil pump 30, comprises: a stop period acquisition unit 122 for acquiring the stop period of the operation of the internal combustion engine 1; a restart-up time acquisition unit 123 for acquiring a restart time period needed for the restart of the internal combustion engine 1; and a start limit unit 124 for limiting the restart of the internal combustion engine 1 in the case where the restart time period is larger a predetermined time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
