PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively suppressing occurrence of a secondary disaster by suppressing burden and time required for the determination of a response to a structure when a natural disaster such as an earthquake or typhoon occurs.SOLUTION: A notification device 2 is installed around a structure, and configured to, when a bearing positioned between an upper structure and lower structure of the structure is damaged, perform notification of the result. The notification device 2 is configured to input measurement target physical quantity applied to the bearing sensed by a sensor node 1 via short-range radio communication with the sensor node 1 by a short-range radio communication part 25. The notification device 2 is configured to process the measurement target physical quantity applied to the bearing indicated by an input sensing signal, and to determine whether or not the bearing is damaged.
