Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit inductance of an inverter device.SOLUTION: An inverter device 1 comprises: a P-side conductor 2 as a plate-like conductor; and heat sinks 4 and 5 to be formed to a main surface of an N-side conductor 3. The P-side conductor 2 and the N-side conductor 3 are arranged along each other so that directions of current are opposite through an insulation plate 11. The thin plate-like heat sink 4 is formed and provided to the main surface of the P-side conductor 2. An IGBT7 is provided to one surface of the heat sink 4, and an IGBT9 is provided to the other surface of the heat sink 4. The thin plate-like heat sink 5 is formed and provided to the main surface of the N-side conductor 3. An IGBT6 is provided onto one surface of the heat sink 5, and an IGBT8 is provided to the other surface of the heat sink 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
