PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-derived β-glucan containing syrup that has a sufficiently low viscosity and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: A plant-derived β-glucan containing syrup comprises plant-derived β-glucan with a weight average molecular weight of 2,500-40,000, wherein the content of the plant-derived β-glucan is 2 mass%-8 mass% relative to the total soluble solid content.
