Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fire department to quickly and surely grasp a person presence state in a fire disaster occurrence zone, and perform an efficient rescue activity or fire fighting activity when a fire disaster occurs.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention coordination facility comprises: a disaster prevention monitoring facility 100 for receiving a fire disaster signal output from an analog sensor 16 connected to a transmission part 14 which is drawn to a caution zone, at a receiver 12 and outputting a fire disaster alarm, in a building and a facility; and an entry/exit management facility 200 for reading individual information recorded in an IC card which a user carries, by a card reader 20, and the individual information matches individual information which has been registered in advance, releasing lock of an electric lock 22 and storing and managing presence information on a client device 15-2. When the receiver 12 of the disaster prevention monitoring facility 100 detects fire disaster, a fire disaster transfer signal is sent to the entry/exit management facility 200, then the client device 15-2 acquires the presence information of each room which is present in a floor where fire disease occurs, then, presence information such as a room where person exists, the number of people existing in the rooms, the number of male people and female people, the number of children and elderly people, who require support during disaster time, are displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
