Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate suction nozzle which becomes maintenance free as much as possible over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The suction nozzle includes a nozzle holder 21 and a nozzle body 22. The nozzle body 22 has a base end portion (a fitting cylinder 43) which is slidably fitted in a fitting hole 27 of the nozzle holder 21 and a tip end portion (a nozzle chip 42) on which a component suction surface 42a for sucking electronic components is formed. On the base end portion of the nozzle body 22, annular grooves 101 to 105 are continued along a circumferential direction of the fitting hole 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
