PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom of supply components, and to allow for efficient component supply while avoiding damage of components or a conveyor belt.SOLUTION: A stick feeder 7 (component supply device) includes a guide rail 35 extending in the conveyance direction of a component P and having a component extraction unit 40 at a predetermined position, and a conveyance belt 42 disposed along the guide rail 35. The guide rail 35 includes a first area Ta where the component P supported on the guide rail 35 comes into contact with the conveyance belt 42, and a second area Tb located on the downstream side of the first area Ta, and where the component P supported on the guide rail 35 is non-contact with the conveyance belt 42.
