PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of obtaining the extract of fulvic acid and humic acid having quality higher than before and safely executed at a low cost.SOLUTION: The method for extracting fulvic acid and humic acid includes extracting the fulvic acid and humic acid of a humus material in the alkaline electrolysis water by immersing a solid raw material containing the humus material in the alkaline electrolysis water to separates humin from the extracted solution. The temperature of the alkaline electrolysis water is preferably 60-70°C, and the pH (at 25°C) of the alkaline electrolysis water is preferably 11.0-13.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
