Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible composite membrane having functions such as adhesiveness and surface tactility, as well as high hydraulic pressure resistance and gas permeability.SOLUTION: A composite membrane includes a porous layer having a first principal plane and a second principal plane at the opposite side of the first principal plane, and a function-providing layer. The first principal plane has a porosity same as or higher than that of the second principal plane. The second principal plane has a porosity of 0.5%-30%, a mean pore area of 0.5 μm-50 μm, and a contact angle to water of 70° or more. The function-providing layer is formed on a part of the first principal plane of the porous layer and has a coverage factor to the first principal plane of the function-providing layer of 5%-95% and a tensile elastic modulus of a component composing the composite membrane of 0.5 MPa-200 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
