Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a heating device which can heat various objects with superheated steam, does not need construction of a water supply pipe and a drain pipe, and is made portable through compact superheated steam cooling means.SOLUTION: A heating device heats an object with superheated steam and has a housing 2 at least partially covered by a cover. The heating device includes: a superheated steam generator 5 which generates the superheated steam from a supplied liquid; a heating furnace 6 which supplies the superheated steam generated by the superheated steam generator 5 to heat the object; superheated steam cooling means 8 which cools the superheated steam discharged from the heating furnace 6 by multiple heat exchangers 9 and condenses and liquefies the superheated steam; a supply liquid tank 10 which stores the supplied liquid to be supplied to the superheated steam generator 5; and a discharge liquid tank 11, which stores a discharge liquid discharged from the superheated steam cooling means 8 and is different from the supply liquid tank 10, in the housing 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
