Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily input information to an input screen.SOLUTION: An input support system S includes: a terminal 1; and an input support device 2 for supporting information input to an input screen. The terminal 1 includes: a detection part 143 for detecting that a telephone number has been input to an input column on the input screen including one or more input columns for receiving input of enterprise information different from a telephone number of an enterprise; and a first transmission part 145 for, when detecting the input of the telephone number, transmitting the telephone number to the input support device 2. The input support device 2 includes: a storage part 21 for storing the telephone number and the enterprise information in association; an acquisition part 222 for acquiring the enterprise information stored in association with the received telephone number in the storage part 21; and a second transmission part 223 for transmitting the acquired enterprise information to the terminal 1. The terminal 1 includes a display control part 142 for displaying the received enterprise information in the input column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
