PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses the generation of color points generated when an image is formed.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising: a conductive substrate; and a single-layer photosensitive layer that is provided on the conductive substrate, the photosensitive layer containing a binder resin, a charge generating material, a hole transport material, and an electron transport material represented by a specific formula, where the surface free energy when an outer peripheral surface side of the photosensitive layer is measured is 24 mN/m or more and 30 mN/m or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
