Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which maintains connection strength between a crystal element and a conductive adhesive.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a rectangular substrate 110a; a frame body 110b provided along an outer peripheral edge of an upper surface of the substrate 110a; rectangular electrode pads 111 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 which is mounted on the electrode pads 111 through conductive adhesives 140; and a lid body 130 which hermetically seals the crystal element 120. Each conductive adhesive 140 is provided so that an outer peripheral edge of the conductive adhesive 140 contacts with four sides of the electrode pad 111 in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
