Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bound component of a thin glass substrate and a support substrate, in which there are no an inter mediate layer and defect between the thin glass substrate and the support substrate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a bound component, prepares a supporting component (1) having a first surface (1a) and a second surface (1b); prepares a flexible substrate component (2) having a first surface (2a) and a second surface (2b); winds the flexible substrate component (2) onto a roller (3)or a device having a surface to be curved; charges the supporting component (1) and/or the flexible substrate component (2); and gradually couples one surface of the first and second surfaces of the supporting component with one surface of the first and second surfaces of the flexible substrate component by both of an electrostatic force and a mechanical pressure applied by the roller or the device having the curved surface while rotating and moving the roller (3) or the curved surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4a
