Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output suppression controller for distributed power supply facilities, the output suppression controller enabling one-way and accurate supply-demand control without complicating a control system.SOLUTION: A power server 13, when frequency adjustment of a power system 11 is required, outputs an output suppression command to distributed power supply facilities 12 connected to the power system. A power demand monitoring unit 14 monitors power demand of the power system. An output suppression command detection unit 15 detects the output suppression command output from the power server 13, from the power demand's variation rate obtained by the power demand monitoring unit 14. An output suppression amount calculation unit 16, when the output suppression command is detected by the output suppression command detection unit 15, calculates an output suppression amount of the distributed power supply facilities 12 that is caused by the output suppression command, from power demand before the output suppression command is output from the power server 13 and power demand after the output suppression command is output from the power server 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
