Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge exhaust piping device capable of securely sucking sludge remaining in the hose of a probester so as to be exhausted.SOLUTION: There is provided a sludge exhaust piping device 1 fitted between the blow piping 100 and hose 3 of a sludge storage tank 2, exhausting sludge in the sludge storage tank 2 and further flowing the sludge remaining in the hose 3 by the flowing of water. The sludge exhaust piping device includes: a piping connection part 10 fitted to the body part 120 of the blow piping 100; a suction port connection part 20 connected to the downstream connection part 13 of the piping connection part 10 in series and fitted to the suction port of the hose 3; and a water feed piping 30 for feeding water to the piping connection part 10 and the suction port connection part 20. Since water is made to flow from the water feed piping 30, and the sludge remained in the hose 3 is made to flow into the probester and suck together, the sludge remaining in the hose 3 can be securely sucked into the probester so as to be exhausted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
