PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thin-wall casting piece capable of restraining the occurrence of a bullion in a corner part of a molten metal gathering part with a comparatively simple constitution.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a thin-wall casting piece 1 for manufacturing the thin-wall casting piece, by forming-growing a coagulation shell on a peripheral surface of cooling rolls 11, by supplying molten metal via a soaking nozzle to a molten metal gathering part 16 formed of a pair of rotating cooling rolls 11 and a pair of side weirs 15, a molten metal surface 20 of the molten metal gathering part 16 is formed in a rectangular shape of enclosing the four-sides by the cooling rolls 11 and the side weirs 15, and a wire-like or belt-like heating member 30 for heating-reacting when added to the molten metal 3, is continuously added from a corner part 21 of the molten metal surface 20 of the molten metal gathering part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
