PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of easily detecting a state in which a microphone is housed at the time of using the microphone.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes a microphone, a housing unit, a sound source, and a determination unit. The housing unit houses the microphone. The sound source outputs a reference sound. The determination unit determines whether or not the microphone is housed in the housing unit based on a feature of a sound acquired by the microphone in response to the reference sound outputted by the sound source and a feature of a sound acquired in advance by the microphone stored in the housing unit in response to the reference sound outputted by the sound source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
