Abstract:
To provide a soft feel coating composition capable of forming a coating film which is excellent in coating film hardness, is soft, and has a natural leather-like touch feeling, without using an ultraviolet irradiation device. A water-based polyurethane dispersion of the present invention contains a water-dispersible polyurethane and water. The water-dispersible polyurethane is a reaction product of (a) an organic polyisocyanate compound containing two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule, (b) a polycarbonate diol having a specific structure, and (c) a carboxyl group- and/or sulfone group-containing polyol or a salt thereof.
