Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel, polyurethane resin-based binder for gravure printing ink that has excellent adhesion on a wide range of plastic films, particularly a polyolefin film, and is also stable as a solution of an organic solvent composed of esters and alcohols.SOLUTION: A binder for gravure printing ink contains: a polyurea resin (1) that is composed of reaction components containing polyisocyanate (A), and diamine (B) containing acyclic diamine (b1) and/or polyoxyalkylene diamine (b2) and has a urea bond concentration of 1.3-5 mmol/g; and an organic solvent (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
