Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of optically transmitting image data at high speed and with a high degree of precision, and reducing the size of an endoscope insertion part, and an information processor.SOLUTION: An endoscope system 1 includes an image pickup device 10, two or more laser diodes 12 that convert an imaging signal to an optical signal, one LD driver 11 that generates a signal for driving the laser diodes 12, first optical fibers 14 and second optical fibers 15 that transmit the optical signal output from the laser diodes 12, two or more optical reception modules 20 that convert the incident optical signal to an electric signal and output it, a light volume setting part 17 that sets the light volume output by the laser diodes 12, a light volume measuring part 21 that measures the light volume of the optical signal incident on the optical reception modules 20, and a determination part 16 that determines whether or not the light volume measured by the light volume measuring part 21 is within the range of a light volume standard value that allows the optical reception modules 20 to receive the light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
