Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect fine particles with high collection efficiency.SOLUTION: A cyclone device 2 includes: a cyclone body 4 which has a cylindrical upper barrel cylinder 4a and a reverse conical shaped lower barrel cylinder 4b; a top plate 14 which covers an upper edge section of the upper barrel cylinder and has an opening 14a at a central portion; a first introduction pipe 6 for introducing a first fluid containing powder along an inner wall surface of the cyclone body; a second introduction pipe 8 which is arranged in the vicinity of the top plate on an upper side of the first introduction pipe so as to introduce a second fluid; a third introduction pipe 9 which is arranged on a lower side of the first introduction pipe so as to introduce a third fluid; an exhaust pipe 10 which is inserted into the opening of the top plate along a vertical center shaft of the cyclone body so as to raise an exhaust flow from the inside of the cyclone body and discharge the exhaust flow from the cyclone body; and a collection section 12 for collecting powder separated by each turning motion of the first fluid, the second fluid and the third fluid in the cyclone body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
