Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cart configured so that, when a front wheel strikes a step when a body weight is not applied to forearm support bases, the cart will be prevented from falling forward in the movement direction. [Solution] A cart is provided with: a facing pair of support frames 13 to which a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels are affixed so that the front and rear wheels are located at a predetermined distance from each other in the left-right and front-rear directions; a pair of strut frames 14 respectively affixed to the support frames 13 and tilted from the support frames at an angle θ1 toward the rear wheels; a handle frame 16 bridged between the strut frames and provided with forearm support bases 19; and a basket base 20 protruding toward the front wheels. Strut frames 15 are raised from the support frames 13 at positions in front of the intermediate positions of the support frames in the movement direction. The forearm support bases 19 are respectively provided at positions directly above and in front of the rear wheels 12 in the movement direction. The front wheels 11 are mounted at positions in front of an imaginary vertical line P1 in the movement direction, the imaginary vertical line P1 extending vertically downward through substantial the center of the basket base 20.
